My two powerful commercial ice cream machines help me get the job done. I mix and mash flavors like a DJ and can crank out the cones while the party is going strong. My homemade ice cream is prepared in two stages. First I slow cook the ice cream custard prior to your event. It is made in the french style with fresh ingredients including egg yolks and I add HUNKS of organic vanilla bean! YUM! Then I freeze it into ice cream at your party and hand cones to your guests.
